I’ve been so out of it lately. Between being sick and keeping up with school I’ve made so many excuses as to why I haven’t worked out. This needs to stop.
Oats, ground flax seeds and egg whites cooked in water; topped with shredded coconut, 1/2 mashed banana, peanut butter, shredded dark chocolate, shredded and whole hazel nuts, raspberries; kiwi and grapefruit
Breakfast wrap: whole wheat wrap with tomato & basil sauce, tuna, corn, cherry tomatoes, pepper and lettuce. Almonds.
